Demographics of Your Ideal Customer
If you've started a cookie business, for example, a great cookie could appeal to almost anyone. If you are creating a gym, perhaps it will attract a younger clientele. Sometimes, it is best to have a product or service that appeals to many different types and age groups, but other times, you may have a very specific vision for the product or service you want to provide.
When you know who your ideal customer is, you need to think about the best ways to reach them. You can think of this as a conversation between two people. If the words you use are not the type that the person in front of you understands, you won't have good communication. The same is true for your messaging with your ideal customer.
